SHAYBELLE PETWARE evolved when, as Welsh Corgi fanatics, we started a web search for items to add to our collection of 'corgi stuff'.

We came across many pet products we felt could interest pet lovers here in New Zealand and thus SHAYBELLE PETWARE came into being!

Our products are imported from the USA (unless otherwise specified) and we enjoy searching for quality petware that is not already easily obtainable in NZ.

Customer Service is very important to us and, while we hope you will find something on our website you like, we are happy to search for something you are after if we don't stock it.

While our products are mostly dog-related, we are happy to order in similar products featuring cats, wild animals, birds, fish etc, if they are available.

Prices listed for all products are exclusive of shipping charges. We will advise what shipping costs will be before confirming your purchase.

We are happy for you to pick up your purchases if you are able.

Payment is requested by Bank Deposit.
We will accept cash payments on pick up by arrangement only.

Layby is available on more expensive products.

If we have one only of any Trade Me-listed item in stock we are unable to sell to you, off the website, until the auction is finished - if it remains unsold!!

To ensure you don't miss out, we will endeavour to have a note re a one-off product being currently Trade Me-auctioned on its website listing. (If you do miss out we will be happy to order in for you if the product is still available.)
